Parking at College Station is limited; however, we offer several convenient alternatives for residents. Tenants have access to a shared electric vehicle located on-site, which can be booked on an hourly basis. For those with personal vehicles, we’ve partnered with a nearby downtown parkade offering secure parking at a reduced rate. Additionally, the Stadium Parkade is located just a short walk from the building, providing another accessible parking option.
College Station is designed to offer a higher standard of rental living in Saskatoon. We are the second building in the city to feature CLT (cross-laminated timber) flooring, creating warm, natural interiors that is proven to provide biophilic benefits to those exposed to it. Combined with intentional design, sustainability-focused materials, and curated amenities, this is not just another rental building.
All utilities will be included in the final pricing, except for water which is charged based on usage.
Typically, leases at College Station are 12-month contracts, though we have potential to be flexible at our discretion.
Fully furnished means your suite comes move-in ready with all essential furniture and household items. This includes a bed, mattress, couch, TV, dining set, desk, and a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, and cookware.
We have a dedicated laundry room located on the ground floor. We have implemented smart systems into our laundry facilities allowing tenants to be notified via phone when their laundry is complete.
Yes. If you already have a roommate in mind, you can indicate that during the application process.
Your pets are welcome here. College Station allows one pre-approved pet per suite (up to 45 lbs). A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required following the approval of the pet, along with a monthly charge of $50.
You can pay your rent via debit visa or credit card through our tenant portal app at an additional fee or via Interact E-Transfer.
We have teamed up with WifiPlex to provide tenants access to high-speed internet. Tenants will be provided with a password to the Wi-Fi associated with their respective unit upon move-in.
College Station wants each suite to feel like home. This includes hanging photos, bringing plants, and other decorations. Though, we expect a suite to be left in the same condition as when a tenant takes possession. College Station will deduct the cost for repairs required due to wear and tear outside of what is considered normal from the deposit.
College Station intends to provide a Parcel Delivery System where tenants can send their deliveries to. We will update the website once more details have been determined.
College Station is in discussions to secure 2 retail spaces to provide added benefits for our tenants and those around us.
At College Station, we have a rooftop terrace that provides tenants with a relaxing place to getaway. Our rooftop includes a commercial barbeque that is open to all tenants along with places to gather and soak up the sun on sunny days.
Guests are permitted; however, any guest staying longer than 7 days is considered a long-term guest and is subject to a $150 monthly fee for each month they reside at College Station. This fee includes a key fob and building access. Tenants must notify management of any long-term guests.
No, subletting is not permitted at College Station.
